We are currently recruiting for Summer 2022 Internship Positions.
The internships will run from late May through mid-August.
Job description — Students working at O’Connor & Drew, P.C., during our summer internship opportunity, participate in the audits of our employee benefit plan, institutions of higher education, and non-for-profit clients. Students will receive a hands-on experience by participating in both audit planning and fieldwork, for these clients. Students will learn how to assess risk and perform various audit tests and procedures. In addition, students are responsible for preparing the financial statements for their assigned clients. Students utilize various audit software programs, execute spreadsheet applications and communicate with clients. Students work closely with members of the accounting and audit department and are also introduced and exposed to our forensics, IT audit and security as well as tax departments.
Formal and on-the-job training are provided.
An automobile is required for this position.
