Harry E. Salerno, CPA, graduated with honors from Boston College and earned a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. In 1981, Harry was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has been with this Firm since 1975.

Harry's specialty is helping closely-held business matters such as taxation, business succession planning and financial controls. He does this with an eye toward the client's ultimate gain, and satisfaction. "Often the difficult part of a problem isn't the technical side," he says, "rather it's the people issues that are key."

Harry has helped negotiate dozens of purchase and sales agreements for a wide range of companies. He has also authored many articles relating to tax and other financial matters, plus he's a frequent speaker at various industry forums.
