David A. Dilulis, CPA, is a Principal at O’Connor & Drew, P.C. David has overseen numerous audits and consulting engagements in the higher education and non profit industries.  David recently became a certified government financial manager (CGFM). This certification demonstrates David’s commitment to expanding his knowledge in the highly technical government area. He also has directed a chief financial office audit of a federal government agency. David has been instrumental in assisting  a number of clients in obtaining their Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).

David graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University. He received the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Certificate of Educational achievement for single audits under A-133. He is a Fellow of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of College University Officers (NACUBO), the Eastern Association of College and University Officers (EACUBO) and the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).
