Joining the firm in 1986, and becoming an Audit Principal in 1996, David has a wealth of experience in the government, educational, non-profit industry areas. Mr. DiIulis is a certified government financial manager (CGFM). This certification demonstrates his commitment to expanding his knowledge in the highly technical government area. He received the Governmental Accounting
and Auditing Certificate of Educational achievement for Single Audits under OMB Circular A-133. In addition, he has been instrumental in assisting several entities obtaining a Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting from the Government Financial Officer’s Association for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). David has extensive experience with GASB 34/35 implementation and reporting, and has assisted several of our clients in this area. In addition, Mr. DiIulis has developed and presented seminars on GASB 34/35 to professional organizations and trade groups.
