Steven Cohen CPA is a Principal in the Accounting and Auditing Group. Steven He specializes in the audits of higher educational institutions, government entities and non-profit organizations. Steven has consulted with numerous organizations to improve their profitability, internal control structure and compliance with Federal and state laws and regulations. He has presented seminars on various higher educational issues at recent conferences.

Steven graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned a Master of Corporate Finance degree from Bentley College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO)
