Tax Manager We are seeking a creative individual who can help manage our tax department. This senior level position will supervise our corporate tax practice, will be responsible for implementing practice solutions and developing additional innovative services to help our clients survive and prosper in today’s complex business environment. Qualified tax candidates will have significant experience in a tax department of a public accounting firm. Relevant experience in corporate and complex individual taxation is essential. This career position is ideally suited for a creative, energetic person who enjoys sophisticated tax projects and would like to be an integral part of one of the region's most experienced tax departments. We are seeking creative individuals who can help our clients survive and prosper in today’s complex business environment. We have a diversified client base that includes concentrations in automobile dealerships, manufacturers, distributors, educational institutions and non-profits. Qualified candidates will have recent experience in a public accounting firm. Responsibilities include planning and supervising engagements, review of financial statements and tax returns, developing management recommendations and meeting with clients. Other responsibilities include analyzing operations including cash flow projections and industry ratios.
